These Terms of Use, along with all other terms (collectively “Terms”) provided by Next & Nexus Law Office (“Next & Nexus”) on the website located at www.nextandnexus.com, and subject to change from time to time, stipulate the terms and conditions under which you may access the Next & Nexus website, its Facebook page and any communication channels so offered (“Next & Nexus Site”). By accessing and/or using the Next & Nexus Site, including using the data, text, forms, other materials made available or enabled via the Next & Nexus Site (“Next & Nexus Materials”), you agree to be bound by the Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution.
The Terms, and any action related thereto will be governed and interpreted by and under the laws of Taiwan, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles. Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to the Terms or your use of the Next & Nexus Materials shall be brought exclusively to the Taiwan Taipei District Court for the first instance.
9. Termination.
Notwithstanding any of the Terms, Next & Nexus reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Next & Nexus Site, and to block or prevent your future access to the Next & Nexus Site.
